RETURN OR REPAIR
Our primary goal is to satisfy you and make your buying experience as pleasant as possible. We offer guidance and consultation through photos, emails, and virtual or in-person appointments to ensure you will love your purchase. Due to the unique handmade, one-of-a-kind nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. We are happy to offer exchanges on a case-by-case basis only.
We will repair any design purchased from us. Depending on the issue, repair fees may apply. Please contact us for repair details.
To ensure quality, we clean, inspect, photograph from multiple angles, and record the condition of all of the stones and jewelry prior to shipping.
If for any reason, the product proves to be defective due to a craftsmanship defect, we will happily repair it within 24 months of purchasing. We do not cover neglect, abuse, loss, or normal wear and tear. If a stone is lost due to bent, damaged, or worn-out prongs, Wabby's is not responsible for the replacement of the stone or the re-tipping of the prongs. As with any delicate artistic creation, care must be taken to ensure years of enjoyment. To preserve our warranty, only Wabby's can resize, modify, repair, or work on your item.
The loss, theft, or damage of jewelry or gemstones is not covered by Wabby's and should be covered under your Insurance policy.

Yes. Our items are fully insured during transit. All purchases require a signature at the time of delivery.
